Kelli and her team are professionals in all aspects of their business operations. Kelli has been installing screens since she was a little girl and that experience shows in her day to day operations. If you live in the Calgary area and are interested in retractable screen doors or motorized screens for your home, I would highly suggest the Screen Queen!

Kelli installed my screens two years ago. I was extremely impressed then with her and her skills. I have enjoyed using them since then. This past summer a particularly windy day skewed my screen so it just didnt retract properly. I ran into Kelli at the Fall Home Show, asked her how I could fix it. She was here at my house within 24 hours and fixed it good as new. Wow a one of a kind customer service experience!!

Kelly repaired 2 retractable screens that were 8 years old .We thought we would have to replace both doors, kelly is very professional and on schedule . She explained everything and quoted the price before starting ....great price and a very efficient job. You won’t regrette calling “ The Screen Queen”!

Kelly was on time, explained all of the options, measured carefully, did all the prep work at her truck, installed the door quickly and efficiently, and did a perfect clean-up. Her price was as quoted. It was a pleasure to work with her and have her in our home. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service and quality. Kelli was prompt, professional, and fast! I have a door with a side light that doesn't match up totally with the opposing frame. Most screens from the big box hardware stores require that the side light side be built out to match the opposing door frame side. Not the case with the Mirage Screen. It looks and works great!

Screen Queen were extremely quick to respond to all inquiries, booking appointments was no fuss they even had night time availability which was amazingly helpful!! Their product is impeccable, smooth system that function very easily. I recommend Screen Queen to everyone and we will use them again in the future.

Kelli was fantastic as well as her co-worker Antonio. She was very professional and answered my emails right away and had my screen installed within days of my order on Costco.ca. She was very diligent about the quality of the install, and making sure it worked smoothly. She also explained my warranty, and how I could contact her if I needed any help at all. A total pleasure to do business with, and the screen door is fantastic!

Well we finally made the decision to purchase and have a retractable screen door installed. Kelli was across the street doing an installation and I got her card. I did my due diligence and decided to buy from the Screen Queen.Totally professional during the sales process and even more professional during the install.
